About the Role
Front of House/Receptionist
Full-time | Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
As the first point of contact, you will be the welcoming face of BPC. Supporting our boutique team of 23, your role will be integral to the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You will work closely with Team Assistants, Directors, and Client Services to ensure seamless front-of-house operations and deliver a consistently professional and positive experience for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Front of House & Office Support
* Manage the front-of-house and reception area, ensuring a warm and professional first impression for all clients and visitors.
* Maintain the presentation of the reception area, boardroom, kitchen, and breakout spaces at the start and end of each day.
* Manage the centralised boardroom booking system.
* Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, client documents, and deliveries, including newspapers and water deliveries.
* Order, track, and maintain office supplies and stationery, including kitchen essentials, the Woolworths order.
* Support the Social Committee by assisting with company-wide celebrations, end-of-month and deal celebrations, and team-building activities.
What We're Looking For
* Previous administration or front-of-house experience within a corporate or professional services environment.
* Confident and professional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with Directors, colleagues, and clients.
* Excellent phone manner and strong written communication skills.
* A polished and professional corporate presentation as the first point of contact for the firm.
* Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
* A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a sense of ownership and follow-through.
* A collaborative team player who can also work independently to complete tasks efficiently.
* Genuine enthusiasm for contributing to and enhancing company culture.
* Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute ideas or assist with new projects.
* Junior team member developing administrative and customer service skills
