Service Delivery and Rostering Officer
We are seeking a highly experienced Service Delivery and Rostering Officer to join our high‐performing team in Cheltenham, VIC. The role will involve managing schedules, rostering client services, and providing excellent customer service via telephone, email, and video calls. This full‐time office‐based position focuses on ensuring efficient and cost‐neutral rostering practices in line with the SCHADS Award and supporting client and field worker needs.
Responsibilities
* Plan and schedule field worker shifts for Home & Garden Maintenance Workers.
* Rapidly respond to scheduling gaps and fill rosters according to client agreements and care plans.
* Collaborate with Client Services teams and Client Support Partners to ensure optimal matching of clients and field workers.
* Maintain client rosters in the HenderCare rostering system and amend as necessary.
* Apply effective, efficient, and cost‐neutral rostering practices in line with the SCHADS Award.
* Respond to scheduling queries and field‐worker enquiries promptly, often in real‐time and as a first point of contact for after‐hours support.
* Proactively ensure rosters operate effectively and minimize negative impacts on other areas.
Qualifications and Experience
* Strong problem‐solving abilities.
* Excellent time‐management, administrative, and computer skills.
* Demonstrated working knowledge of complex electronic rostering/scheduling systems.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.
* Dedication to teamwork in a proactive and supportive workplace culture.
* Prior rostering and scheduling experience in Home Care, Aged Care, NDIS, or Gardening.
* Knowledge of the SCHADS Award 2010.
