**About the Role**
As the Operations Officer, you will report to the Operations Team Leader and support various operations functions. Central to your role is the daily fulfilment of the front office, customer service and cash handling activities, and the provision of back-office tasks. The Operations team will work in a manner that supports LLL's values and achievement of its business objectives by providing tailored, quality services and ensuring high levels of support and advice are delivered to customers.
**Duties**
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Provide personal advice regarding LLL's savings account products
- Assist with deceased estates
- Action account maintenance requests and respond to internet banking enquiries
- Assist with other core banking activities
**Skills & Experience**
- At least two years' experience in banking or financial services
- Current knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practice
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A high degree of self-motivation and independence
