Glascott is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Team Leader for our high-performing and friendly team located in Canberra and surrounds.

We manage large-scale infrastructure and open space assets across 4 states & a broad range of market sectors - priding ourselves on delivering the highest levels of service through innovation, horticultural expertise & our technical asset management capability.

Responsibilities include:
* Leadership of a small team of Ground Persons
* Client liaison and relationship building
* Management of projects to ensure that agreed outcomes are achieved within time and budget
* Supporting various landscape management duties as required, including:
* Mowing
* Mulching
* Pruning
* Pest and disease identification
* Hedging and weeding
* Machinery operation, care, and maintenance
About you:
* Horticulture qualification
* Manual drivers licence
* Valid white card
* Asbestos and Silica Accreditation
* Excellent communication skills
* Customer service focus is essential
* Prior experience leading a highly engaged team
