Your Role
As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee daily on-site operations, coordinate various trades, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Strong relationships with reliable local suppliers and subcontractors will be essential to driving project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day on-site operations for both commercial and residential construction projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise trades and subcontractors to ensure efficient and seamless project delivery.
- Utilize your local network of suppliers and trades to source high-quality materials and workmanship.
- Track project progress while ensuring adherence to Australian building codes, safety standards, and company protocols.
- Perform regular site inspections to uphold rigorous quality and safety benchmarks.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to meet timelines and project goals.
- Proactively identify and resolve on-site challenges to maintain momentum and avoid delays.
- Rigorously enforce all Work Health & Safety (WHS) requirements to ensure a safe working environment.

What You'll Bring
- Demonstrated experience as a Site Supervisor within both commercial and residential construction sectors.
- Well-established network of trusted local trades and suppliers across both the northern and southern regions.
- In-depth knowledge of construction workflows, site operations, and project scheduling.
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven capability to juggle multiple projects while effectively prioritizing tasks.
- Thorough understanding of Australian building codes, WHS requirements, and quality assurance standards.
- Detail-oriented and hands-on, with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Holds a current White Card and relevant trade or construction qualifications.
