Reporting to the Head of Sales ANZ, we are looking for an ambitious National Account Manager to manage our Woolworths account, drive category growth and deliver strong commercial outcomes across our brand portfolio both in-store and online.

This is a full-time role based in Richmond, with hybrid flexibility.

What your day-to-day responsibilities will look like

Own the Woolworths account P&L, including sales targets, forecast accuracy, and promotional efficiency.

Lead joint business planning (JBP) with Woolworths, including category growth plans, pricing strategy, promotional calendars and in-store/online execution.

Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance and Operations teams to ensure strong execution of retailer programs and initiatives.

Drive in-store and digital shelf excellence, including planograms, assortment optimisation, pricing discipline and retailer media/range reviews.

Manage retailer partnerships and field broker partners to ensure clear accountability and achievement of KPIs.

Use data and insights to inform decisions, analysing sales performance, promotional lift and shopper trends to identify opportunities and drive growth.

About You

You will bring 5+ years' FMCG sales experience, ideally within grocery, including:

2 + years' experience working with Woolworths and/or Coles within an FMCG account management role.

Proven ability to build, influence, and manage strong retailer relationships.

Strong analytical skills with experience in demand planning & trade spend

Solid understanding of commercial models, category management and shelf dynamics

Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in senior retailer meetings

Proficiency with data tools and systems, experience with e-commerce activation a plus
