We are seeking a skilled Photocopier Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining multifunction devices (MFDs), photocopiers, and associated office technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, service, and repair photocopiers and multifunction devices
• Diagnose hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine servicing
• Carry out basic electronic and technical repairs on related office equipment
• Assist with device deliveries, installations, and site setups
• Provide exceptional technical support to customers
• Configure print, scan, and network functions on devices
• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
