About The Role
We are excited about recruiting a motivated and passionate Cook to join our close-knit team on a Full-Time basis at Breakers Country Club located in Wamberal, NSW!
As a Cook, you will use your culinary skills to prepare and cook a variety of dining options whilst maintaining the highest standards and executing high quality, wholesome and well-presented meals for our customers to ensure that we continue to create memorable experiences.
More Specifically, Some Of Your Key Duties Will Include
Manage efficient and high-quality food preparationMaintain presentation and consistency of food servedService and prepare for all bistro and function mealsMonitoring of stock levels and complete stock rotationsEnsure compliance to food handling practices and general cleaning dutiesCreate a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of food quality
About You
To be successful for this role, you should have the following:
Previous experience working in a kitchenHold a Cert III or IV in Commercial CookeryFood Handling certificateBe self-disciplined and a team playerAbility to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights, weekends and public holidays
