Service Technician Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team and support the maintenance of medical equipment.
* Undertake repairs and field service management to ensure optimal performance.
* Conduct service calls on customers to resolve technical issues promptly.
* Update customer relationship management systems to maintain accurate records.
* Commission new equipment to meet the needs of healthcare professionals.
* Utilize Field Service Management App – Service Fusion for calibration, troubleshooting, and efficient service delivery.
* Technical experience in IT and electronics field service.
* Business and health care experience with a strong understanding of biomedical applications.
* Biomedical Engineer/Technician qualification or equivalent.
* Excellent mechanical aptitude and analytical skills.
* Strong communication skills and autonomous working capability.
* High computer literacy and ability to complete tasks within defined time frames.
