As a Senior Finance Systems Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Finance Systems team, ensuring seamless SAP ledger operations, interface management, and driving system improvements. You'll work closely with both local and global teams, navigating integration points and supporting change initiatives.

The ideal candidate will come from a SAP background with financial systems experience. It is also important that you understand financial systems data flows, integration points, interfaces and the operational aspects if a finance team in a large multinational environment. Eagerness and willingness to embrace multiple technologies, willingness to support multiple technologies and being a strong problem solver will be key to your success.
You will also be responsible for the following:
* Supporting daily operations and month-end close processes within our finance systems.
* Assisting to resolve system issues and support general ledger processes and reconciliations.
* Monitoring automated processes and assisting with change requests and incidents.
* Collaborating with global support teams to implement system changes and enhancements.
* Contributing to finance transformation projects and business-as-usual initiatives.
* Participating in user acceptance and system integration testing.
* Improve our finance systems and processes.
Important to your success – let's grow together. In order to be successful, you will have the following:
* Experience with SAP, ideally in general ledger and finance closing processes.
* Exposure to automation tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Alteryx) and Snowflake is highly regarded.
* Familiarity with forecasting/planning tools like Anaplan or TM1.
* Insurance industry experience is a plus.
* Ability to work flexibly across time zones (occasional evening calls).
* A proactive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute broadly.
