About the Role:
The Family Youth & Children's Ministry Coordinator supports Central VIC Salvos Corps Officers under the direction of the Team Leader to develop and facilitate family, youth, and children's ministry in an integrated setting. You will be an active member of the Family Youth & Children's Ministry Team, delivering programs, supervising volunteers, and providing pastoral care within The Salvation Army's policies.
This is a part time (10 hour per week) 6-month fixed term vacancy located in Maryborough, VIC.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver ministry programs developed by the Team Leader and supervise volunteers and participants.
* Ensure safety assessments are completed and approved before program delivery.
* Monitor programs to ensure activities stay within the agreed budget.
* Perform general administration, including recording of statistics, in line with procedures and timelines.
* Ensure all ministry activities comply with policies and procedures.
* Provide pastoral care and discipleship as agreed with the Team Leader.

* Commitment to The Salvation Army's mission.
* Ability to offer pastoral support, prayer, and share the Christian Gospel.
* Experience in a ministry role (desirable).
* Ability to facilitate groups and individual faith-based conversations.
* A member or soldier of a local Salvation Army Corps (desirable).
