**Description & Requirements**:
Due to Monadelphous' continued growth our Engineering Construction division is extremely busy with current and upcoming projects arising across a diverse range of sectors including Iron-Ore, Lithium, Rare Earth, and Gold. We are seeking highly skilled Project Administrators to join our team and contribute to the success of these exciting resources projects.
As a Project Administrator, you'll be at the heart of the project team, working closely with the Project Administration Lead and the wider Project team both onsite and in Perth. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient and smooth execution of project activities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and manage project systems, databases, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide timely administrative support and coverage across various functions as required, including occasional on-site support.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring they are familiar with project procedures and systems.
- Support the Project Administration Lead in implementing improvements and best practices within the administration function.

**What you'll bring**:
- Minimum 2 Years' experience in a similar role
- Experience on large-scale construction projects working for similar companies is desirable
- Ability to cooperate with other in order to accomplish site and project goals
- Capability to adapt to change; handle stress; and persist toward goals despite obstacles
- Initiative to set and achieve work goals for yourself
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of time management and the ability to handle a fluctuating workload
