About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support key HR functions including recruitment administration, onboarding, compliance, records management and general HR support.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with end-to-end recruitment administration (advertising, scheduling interviews, correspondence)
* Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new staff and volunteers
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
* Support the preparation of contracts, letters and HR documentation
* Assist in organising training, development and staff engagement activities
* Provide general administrative support to the HR team and respond to basic staff queries
* Help maintain systems, processes, and templates to support HR best practice
About You
* Previous experience in an HR or administration role (1–2 years preferred)
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong administrative and computer skills (Microsoft Office, HRIS experience an advantage)
* Discreet, professional, and committed to confidentiality
* A positive, team-oriented approach and willingness to learn
