About the Position: Our client is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer ready to take the next big step in their legal career. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment and is passionate about reaching senior positions within a respected team.
You'll work alongside respected senior practitioners and be mentored by leaders who have successfully progressed to Partnership. This is more than just a job — it’s a clear and supported journey to becoming a key figure within the firm.
Key matters you'll handle include:
- Property settlements, complex financial agreements and asset divisions
- Parenting disputes, custody matters, and child support arrangements
- Divorce, spousal maintenance, and de facto separations
- Mediation, negotiation, and litigation for high-net-worth clients
This is your opportunity to develop strategic legal and leadership skills, with exposure to significant cases and a broad client base.
Key Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of experience in Family Law
- Current Australian practising certificate
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage files independently
- Ambition to progress into leadership and partner-level roles
