Key responsibilities
Constraints and opportunity analysis
Advising on approval pathways including the Transport Oriented Development (TOD) Program
Technical review and editing of reports and submissions to gain all relevant approvals
Client communication
Project management
Mentoring less experienced planners
Engaging and managing internal and external specialist consultants as required
The successful candidate
Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Town Planning
A can do attitude - this consultancy is all about solutions and value add for their clients
Excellent communication skills and drive for continued development
Planning experience gained within a consulting environment
