Responsibilities
* Contributes to a creative and contemporary dish including "special menus" following trends and demands in the restaurant and events.
* A dietary requirements wizard.
* Contributes to a safe, happy and productive work environment.
* Contribute to the control of costs.
* Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the pastry kitchen.
* A Work, Health and Safety ambassador.
About You
* Have a minimum of 6 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered).
* Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is offered).
* Great flexibility and availability.
* Minimum 1 year of post-studies experience in a similar role (hotel background preferable).
* When the pressure's on, you shine even brighter, handling everything with ease and grace.
