The position of Business Support Officer is available in Dubbo. The role focuses on delivering administrative services to the community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide various administrative and office support services
* Manage and process business information to ensure accuracy, proper storage, and accessibility
* Utilize technology to prepare documentation, reports, and presentations
* Maintain and enhance administrative systems, suggesting improvements where needed
* Manage filing systems in line with information security and recordkeeping standards
* Coordinate meetings and facilitate information flow with other internal teams
* Offer general team support and assist other admin staff as required
