**Your new company**
This leading global pharmaceutical company are a leading provider of novel drug treatments for patients across the world. The Australian HQ is based in Macquarie Park in attractive, modern offices. There is a new opportunity for an experienced CRA to join them and work on the BioPharmaceutical pipeline. Due to company policy this will initially be a twelve-month contract, however the strong pipeline for future trials suggests a strong likelihood of the contract extending.
**Your new role**
As Clinical Research Associate you will be assigned to complex Clinical Trials to manage at all stages across Australia. This will include feasibility, initiation, preparation, monitoring, issue resolution and close out of clinical trials. You will liaise with key stakeholders internally and at site. Your main responsibilities will be to obtain and maintain essential documentation in compliance with guidelines and regulations, actively participate in local study delivery team meetings, contribute to the selection of potential investigators as well as to train, support and advise investigators and site staff in study related matters.
Location: Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane (with main offices located in Sydney)
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience as a Clinical Research Associate in Australia.
- Bachelors degree in related discipline, preferably in Life Sciences.
- Strong independent monitoring experience, ideally including risk-based monitoring approach and remote monitoring.
- Up-to-date training in ICH-GCP, with strong knowledge of relevant local regulations.
- Comprehensive understanding of clinical study management, including monitoring, study drug handling and data management.
- You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will need to have a positive, can-do attitude and thrive in a dynamic workplace.
