To support their holistic approach to serving client needs, they are seeking someone to lead their provision of world-class Building Services Engineering, Engineering Asset Lifecycle (Facilities Management), Green Star and NABERS advisory services across NSW, VIC & QLD. Your Skills Tertiary qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Strong Business Generation and Development Skills – able to drive business and undertake RFP & Client Tender Presentations. 5 years' Consultancy sector experience at a senior level. Building Services Engineering (NABERS, ESG, Green Energy). Asset Lifecycle Advisory (Data analysis, Asset Audits, predictive modelling). Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residence Role Responsibilities Strong business development skills to drive Client Relationships with Facilities Management Service Providers, Commercial Building & Retail Owner / Operators, Universities and Government Departments across NSW, VIC & QLD. Run a stand-alone, self-funding business division; through client engagement and growth. Facilitate improvements to Clients’ Building Services, Green Energy, Efficiency and Facilities Asset Management Lifecycle strategies. Lead Building Services Engineering, Asset Management and Technical Consultancy Services to stakeholders to meet and exceed fee revenue generation.
