Zappulla Trikam & Partners was established in 1970 and specialises in residential property conveyancing. Excellent opportunity exists for a permanent FULL TIME Receptionist/Legal Administration Assistant to join this leading law firm at our western suburbs' office in Corinda.
You will be required to undertake some of the following responsibilities (but not limited to):
 * greeting clients and answering telephone calls;
 * client file opening, matter management, filing and archiving;
 * management and data input of client information utilising online system;
 * ad hoc secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and property conveyancers.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
 * minimum 6 months office experience;
 * legal administration experience preferred;
 * strong work ethic, positive and "can do" approach;
 * strong written and verbal skills.
Australian work rights are required for this position;
You must have excellent computer skills as you will be expected to type all your letters and documents using precedent templates. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are also essential.
This is a full-time role that requires you to work Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.00pm).
