Due to continuing growth following a number of new projects we are currently looking for several talented consultants to join our rapidly growing software business on full-time basis.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for problem definition, requirement analysis and gathering, discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables for Fusion CTRM implementation
* Define and validate solution options - methodology, approach, technical requirements, and feasibility.
* Provide solutions for system design, implementation, and improvements for function and workflows.
* Provide planning and technical/functional leadership during building, testing and deployment of enhancements/customizations.
* Conduct workshops and client meetings to translate business requirements into system design.
* Support client relationship building and engage in business development and proposal work.
* Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
* Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
* Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
* In this role you will work as the subject matter expert in Asia to support a wide range of clients in their projects, scope and define requirements for the integration of the E/CTRM solution and own overall project delivery
Essential skills and expertise
* Bachelor's Degree/MBA in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
* 3-6 years working experience as a Commodities and/or Financial Markets Business Analyst/Consultant
* Expertise having previously delivered CTRM implementations (Enuit, EKA, Openlink, Allegro, Aspect)
* Prior experience integrating CTRM solutions for multiple products (Energy, Ags, Soft Commodities)
* Comprehension of the SDLC and basic software development understanding (SQL, .NET)
* Ability to articulate complex business ideas into functional and technical documents
* Proven stakeholder management skills (multi-geographical teams)
* Proficiency in business level English essential

70,000 - 80,000 AUD Variable based on suitability.
