Group, we are leaders in managing and facilitating operations that focus on recycling for the Container Deposit Schemes (CDS) in Australia. Convenient locations plus recent technology enable a seamless recycling experience both at fully staffed depots and Express collection points.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Delivering outstanding customer service to our customers!
* Sorting recyclable items into their correct categories.
* Transporting items to the relevant storage area, which may involve forklift or manual handling.
* Ensuring customers are welcomed and assisted with their recycling products to inspire return visits.
* Handling cash.
* Ensuring staff adhere to all health and safety procedures and highlighting any hazards, faults or risks.
* Continuously looking for opportunities to improve efficiency and increase customer satisfaction.
* Ensuring staff have the skills and training to work safely and efficiently.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
* Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience.
* Excel and Outlook experience.
* A excellent "can do" attitude with customer service at the forefront of all interactions.
