Mindplace is a part of Bupa, opening a new centre in Toorak later in 2025.
About the Role
As a Psychologist at Mindplace, you'll be a patient-facing clinical professional working with Bupa customers and others who wish to access Bupa services. You will drive meaningful change and explore innovative ways to support mental health journeys across Australia.
Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and provide evidence-based therapies
* Develop personalised treatment plans based on assessments and patient needs
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans
* Build and sustain collaborative relationships with referring healthcare providers to strengthen referral networks and support practice growth
* Coordinate with external providers to fulfil service requests within an established procedural framework
There are permanent part-time and full-time positions available, with flexibility from 2–5 days per week. Half-days can be accommodated—please discuss with us.
Location: This role will be based at our new centre in Toorak, opening late-October 2025.
There is potential for future growth as we work toward 60 Mindplace clinics nationally to improve access to support across Australia.

About you
We're seeking an experienced Psychologist/Clinical Psychologist with:
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology or a Master's/Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
* General Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia, with Clinical Psychology endorsement and substantial mental health experience
* 5+ years of recent clinical experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Advanced clinical expertise in mental health services
* Experience delivering high-quality care and fostering innovation in service delivery
