We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee the implementation of individualised supports in supported independent living accommodation settings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening the knowledge and abilities of our Support Worker team, providing direct support, leading teams, and ensuring high-quality customer care.
About The Position
This is a part-time permanent position requiring leadership and mentoring skills to support and develop the skills of Disability Support Workers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Previous experience in the health sector, particularly as a Team Leader or Supervisor.
* Certification IV or higher in a related field.
* Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
* Able to work shift work, including weekends, and public holidays.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
