You’ll work side by side with the Branch Manager to lead the team, build strong customer connections, and ensure smooth daily operations. What you’ll be doing: Support daily operations across sales, order processing, packing, and dispatch. Assist with team leadership, training, and safety practices to drive performance. Build and maintain trusted relationships with trade customers and suppliers. Ensure systems and procedures run smoothly and meet compliance standards. Handle cash and financial transactions with accuracy and integrity. Contribute to achieving branch sales targets and profitability goals. What you’ll bring: Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a trade, wholesale, or similar environment. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. A hands-on, proactive approach – you lead by example and jump in where needed. Excellent attention to detail, business awareness, and a drive for results.
