ABOUT THE BUSINESS
A well-regarded, privately held developer with a strong reputation for delivering premium residential and mixed‐use projects. With a significant number of upcoming launches in the pipeline, the business is at an exciting stage of growth and this newly created role reflects that ambition. You'll work closely with a collaborative, high‐performing marketing team and report directly to the Head of Marketing.
ABOUT THE ROLE
* Drive end-to-end marketing execution across a portfolio of premium apartment and townhome projects, from pre‐launch through to sell‐out
* Plan and deliver a high volume of events, both retail (prospective buyers) and channel (real estate agents and referral partners) from concept through to on‐the‐day coordination
* Contribute to media planning activity across digital, print and other relevant channels
* Support brand development and ensure consistent application of brand identity across all project touchpoints and collateral
* Coordinate the production of marketing materials including brochures, signage, digital assets, display suites, and launch campaigns
* Work closely with sales teams, agencies, and external suppliers to keep projects on brief, on budget, and on deadline
* Track campaign performance and contribute insights to inform ongoing strategy and future launches
* Juggle multiple live projects simultaneously, adapting quickly as priorities shift across a busy launch calendar
ABOUT YOU
* Current/Recent local experience in marketing within a property development/residential projects environment (this is a genuine prerequisite and applications without it will not be considered)
* Hands‐on background in residential project marketing across apartments or townhomes essential
* A marketing generalist with solid capability across events, brand, and media – comfortable owning campaigns end‐to‐end
* Comfortable working across multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines
* Collaborative and proactive – you get things done and bring people along with you
* Strong communicator who can work effectively with creative agencies, internal stakeholders, and external partners
* Degree‐qualified in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
