This role plays a vital part in our team, providing routine support for teachers including assisting with planning of student routines.
* Provides assistance to teachers with student care and wellbeing
* Liaises between teachers and parents regarding student progress
* Communicates with teachers on matters related to students and other responsibilities
* Supports students with basic physical needs such as toileting, meals, and lifting
* Communicates with students to ensure comprehension of tasks and information
* Addresses immediate behavioural concerns relating to specific students within a classroom setting aligned to school policy and procedure
