Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to support our R&D team in the development of RNA therapies. The successful candidate will be instrumental in performing laboratory experiments and contributing to preclinical research aimed at discovering and optimizing RNA-based drugs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in conducting and optimizing in vitro experiments, including transfections and functional assays, to evaluate ASO activity.
* Perform molecular biology techniques, such as RNA isolation, RT-qPCR, and gel electrophoresis, to assess target gene knockdown.
* Maintain and culture mammalian cell lines.
* Perform biochemical and cell-based assays to study the efficacy and toxicity of ASOs.
* Support the development of protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Maintain detailed and accurate laboratory records and analyze experimental data.
* Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot experiments and interpret results.
* Ensure compliance with laboratory safety guidelines and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, biomedical sciences, or a related field.
Preferred:
* Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques such as RT-qPCR, transfections, and RNA/DNA analysis.
* Familiarity with cell culture techniques and aseptic handling.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
* Experience in RNA therapeutics, including ASO or siRNA research.
* Knowledge of drug discovery workflows and preclinical assay development.
