Overview
We have a full time position for a Shop Manager available in Mareeba, 4880 Queensland.
Skills
The role requires you to have at least a relevant AQF (or equivalent) Diploma and 1 year of relevant work experience OR at least three years of relevant work experience.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the daily operations, ensuring the shop runs efficiently and consistently delivers a high standard of customer service.
Tasks
Managing all aspects of the retail shop.
Ensuring all financial matters are attended to and correctly handled and reported to company bookkeeper.
Daily, weekly and monthly budgeting and ensuring sufficient cash on hand.
Completing banking, cash flow and staff wages.
Interviewing, recruiting, training and monitoring staff members to deliver exceptional customer experience.
Consulting with Company Directors to plan and record business objectives.
Implementing merchandising and promotional initiatives to drive sales.
Supervising, supporting, and allocating duties to staff during daily operations.
Salary
The salary offered will be $75,000 to $85,000 per annum negotiated based on your experience.
