The Opportunity
At Holcim, we're committed to building progress for people and the planet. As part of our national Aggregates business, you'll lead the development of a secure, sustainable, and future-ready reserves and resources base—across existing operations and future growth areas.
Reporting to the Head of Operational Performance – Aggregates, this role leads the national Reserves Replenishment Program, ensuring timely and strategically aligned reserves planning. You'll work across multiple teams to assess, prioritise and deliver replenishment programs that support operational continuity and market expansion. You'll also play a key role in evaluating new growth opportunities, contributing to M&A; assessments, and ensuring long-term resource security beyond the life of current assets. As a recognised or eligible Competent Person under the JORC Code, you'll contribute to the technical integrity of internal and external reporting processes, ensuring compliance and confidence in our resource base.
Location: Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne based - National scope.

Responsibilities
- Lead the national Reserves & Resources Replenishment strategy and delivery.
- Sign off or contribute to Reserve & Resource reporting in line with JORC (2012).
- Collaborate with site operations, technical teams, support processes and business leaders to influence positive business outcomes.
- Identify future resource opportunities and inform long-term planning.
- Support mergers and acquisitions through resource assessments and due diligence.
- Maintain compliance with safety, environmental and reporting standards.
- Deliver annual reporting via Holcim's global Aggregates Reserves Management (ARM) process.
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Geology, Earth Sciences or Mining Engineering.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Extractive Industries or relevant experience.
- 15+ years in Exploration, Mine Geology or Technical Services, or relevant Aggregates industry experience.
- Membership (or eligibility) with AusIMM or AIG.
- Recognised or eligible as a Competent Person (JORC 2012) or equivalent reporting code.
- Demonstrable strong experience in geological modelling, resource evaluation, project delivery and program management.
- Experience working across operational and leadership teams, influencing positive outcomes.
- Commercial awareness and strong stakeholder engagement capability.
- Proficiency in industry-relevant modelling software, modern business platforms and ERP systems.
