Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality care and support that respects individual choices and promotes inclusion.
* Assist with daily living tasks, mobility support, and other essential needs.
* Provide assistance with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication administration.
* Support clients in their community involvement and social activities.
* Maintain accurate records of support provided.
* Ensure adherence to NDIS policies and person-centered care principles.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Support Worker, specifically in disability services.
* Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of NDIS and person-centered care principles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Current First Aid and CPR certification.
* A valid Australian driver's license and reliable transport.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
