Description
- Processing and reconciling invoices, purchase orders, and credit notes
- Managing supplier payments and responding to queries in a timely manner
- Assisting with month-end reporting and account reconciliations
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Liaising with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve discrepancies
- Supporting the finance team with ad hoc tasks as required
Profile
- Previous accounts payable experience within the commercial or construction sector
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise across teams and external partners
- Experience using construction or project-based accounting systems (e.g. Jobpac, Cheops, or similar) highly regarded
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
