Our Client Our client is a leading transport and logistics provider and they currently have an exciting opening for a seasoned HR Manager to join the team.
DescriptionYour duties will Include, but not limited to;
* Supervision of the HR Team
* Manage performance management and disciplinary matters, including investigation, advising and execution of outcomes
* Develop and implement relevant policies, procedures, frameworks and guidelines
* EBA planning, lead initiation, negotiation and filing
* Industrial Relations; agreement negotiations, IR planning, training programs, policy updates and continual advice to internal senior managers
* Generalist HR Advice and Support to the wider business
* Represent the organisation before tribunals and councils as required
* Develop and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders
* Interpret all relevant modern awards, enterprise agreements, legislation and regulations
Profile As an ideal applicant, you will have;
* Proven HR Management experience within a similar industry
* Outstanding organisation skills and attention to detail
* Tertiary qualified, ideally within Human Resources or Industrial Relations
* Experience with Employment Hero
* Strong transactional generalist experience, with a dedicated focus on Industrial Relations
* Accurate awareness and understanding of Australian legislation and regulations
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral, coupled with a proactive and positive attitude
* Intermediate to advanced MS Office suite skills
