Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Clinical/Registered Psychologists, Clinical Counsellors & Psychotherapists, and Credentialed Mental Health Social Workers to join our team. The successful candidate will specialise in clinical assessments such as ADHD assessments and provide counselling services to both children and adults. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and their families. You'll work from thoughtfully designed therapy rooms that feel more like a sanctuary than an office, supported by a warm and collaborative team who genuinely care about each other and the people we serve.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Provide evidence-based therapy and counselling to individuals, couples, children and families.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with professional standards.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, paediatricians, and educators.
* Participate in ongoing professional development, supervision, and team meetings.
* Implement crisis intervention strategies and support clients with a range of complex presentations, including PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and loss.
Essential Criteria
* Full registration as a Clinical/Registered Psychologist with AHPRA, or equivalent counselling accreditation (ACA, PACFA, AASW).
* Minimum 3 years' clinical experience in therapy or counselling.
* Working With Children (WWC) Check.
* Demonstrated experience in ADHD assessment and diagnosis.
* Experience providing counselling to children, adolescents, and adults.
* Strong capability in clinical case management, risk assessment, and crisis intervention.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice and continuous professional growth.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Experience working with diverse client groups and presentations.
