The Role
As a Parts Interpreter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers and technicians in finding the right parts, and supporting our workshop team. You will also have the opportunity to develop strong product knowledge to support our customers and service team.
* Assist customers and technicians to find and supply the right parts.
* Use Toyota's systems to order, track, and manage inventory.
* Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and online.
* Build strong product knowledge to support our customers and service team.
Requirements

* Experienced interpreters or automotive professionals wanting stability, growth, and a fresh start in a new dealership environment.
* Year 12 school leavers or career starters with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in automotive, technology, and customer service.
