SALARY:up to $130,000 + Super + $10,000 relocation + subsidised accommodation

THE ROLE:
As a Clinical Care Manager we expect a leader that is supportive of the Nursing staff, and will create a safe environment for them to thrive in caring for residents. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Oversee the clinical care functions of the facility in accordance with the applicable regulations and legislation
* Manage the education and training for care staff
* Coordinate clinical admissions of new residents to the facility
* Provide leadership and management that maintains a harmonious and effective team environment
* Being present in the facility and keeping the mood/spirits high across the floor
* Being a team player that is willing to help others
MUST HAVE:
* Current AHPRA combined with relevant management experience within residential aged care
* Strong commitment to excellence and quality in the provision of aged care related services, with a sound knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes
* Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
* Valid working rights in Australia
* Your own car or ability to get to and from work without public transport
