Technical HVAC Specialist
We are looking for skilled and motivated individuals to work as technical specialists in the installation, servicing and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems.
The role involves the installation, servicing, fault-finding, and preventive maintenance of complex heating ventilation and air conditioning systems.
Key responsibilities include:
* Installing and repairing mechanical and electrical components of HVAC systems.
* Performing advanced diagnostics and fault-finding on complex HVAC systems.
* Determining job requirements based on blueprints and specifications, and setting up reference points for installation.
* Inspecting and testing electrical connections and components to ensure compliance with AS/NZS standards.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and controls.
* Experience in troubleshooting, servicing and preventive maintenance.
* Excellent time management, organization and communication skills.
* A strong work ethic, with reliability and punctuality being essential.
Required Qualifications & Licenses
Certificate or diploma in a related trade (or an equivalent trade qualification). Current and valid Driver's Licence. Minimum one year of hands-on experience in fault-finding and maintenance.

Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: $76,000 – $79,999 per year (gross), plus allowances, overtime, and benefits. Negotiable salary, based on qualifications, experience, and skills.
