State On‐Premise Manager – VIC & QLD
As State On‐Premise Manager, you will lead Bacardi‐Martini Australia's on‐premise strategy across Victoria and Queensland. Based in Melbourne, this leadership role is accountable for delivering channel objectives through Australia's most influential bars, restaurants and hospitality groups. You will lead and inspire a team of Prestige Account Managers, driving best‐in‐class execution, while building brand equity and commercial impact for our super‐premium portfolio. Working closely with Brand Advocacy, Marketing, Customer Marketing and our distributor partner, you'll ensure every outlet touchpoint delivers against Bacardi's standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and develop the VIC & QLD Prestige Account team. Set clear scorecards and performance expectations aligned to on‐premise KPIs. Build a high‐performance culture focused on executional excellence and growth.
* Build trusted, influential relationships with key venues, groups and operators. Represent Bacardi as the on‐premise leader across VIC & QLD. Partner closely with distributor teams to deliver joint priorities and results. Support negotiation and management of commercial agreements.
* Drive flawless execution of innovation and NPD launches. Educate and inspire bartenders, operators and partners to champion our brands. Partner cross‐functionally to deliver state business goals. Represent Bacardi at key industry events, showcases and trade forums.
About You
You're a respected on‐premise leader who combines commercial rigour with a passion for premium spirits and hospitality culture.
* 5+ years' experience in on‐premise sales, account leadership or premium FMCG roles.
* Strong knowledge of the Australian on‐trade and cocktail culture.
* Proven experience leading and developing high‐performing teams.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to link execution to brand and sales growth.
* Confidence influencing internal, distributor and trade stakeholders.
* Leadership style built on trust, accountability and ownership.
