An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Associate to join their busy Workers Compensation team based in Sydney. While the ideal candidate will have defendant-side Workers Compensation experience (ideally from another panel firm), those with plaintiff-side Workers Compensation backgrounds will be strongly considered—particularly over candidates with defendant experience in non-WC insurance. Experience with icare / Nominal Insurer / TMF, or a solid understanding of SIRA Practice Directions and WCC procedures is highly regarded. Why Join This Firm? As an Associate, you’ll manage a broad range of Workers Compensation matters, including statutory benefits, work injury damages, and common law claims.
