Job Description
The role of Workshop Fitter is pivotal to the smooth operation of our client's workshop and service vehicle systems.
As a Workshop Fitter, your duties will include installation, maintenance and repair of equipment for off-site clients. You will also be responsible for installing reticulated oil, grease, diesel, air and water systems in workshops and service vehicles. Providing accurate installation costs and assisting with office and warehouse tasks when required are also key aspects of this role.
You will primarily work from our Landsdale base, accessing parts and equipment only when necessary for upcoming assignments. For assignments outside the Perth metro area, you will be paid from the time you leave for the job, not upon arrival.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installation, maintenance and repair of workshop and centralised lubrication equipment for off-site clients
* Installation of reticulated oil, grease, diesel, air and water systems for workshops and service vehicles
* Provide accurate installation costs
* Assist with office and warehouse tasks when required
Required Skills and Qualifications
While trade qualification is ideal, we welcome candidates with exposure and experience in mechanical work who possess the following:
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Your own toolbox (other equipment will be provided)
