Lead the CRM Strategy for Australia's Most Awarded Distillery
Archie Rose Distilling Co. is seeking a commercially-minded and experienced CRM & Lifecycle Manager to join our eCommerce team at our Botany Head Office.
Our spirits are world-class, and our digital experience should be no different. As Australia's most highly-awarded distillery, we operate at a significant scale, balancing a premium spirits portfolio with an extensive hospitality and spirits experiences arm. Our eCommerce team - recently recognised as Best Food & Beverage Retailer at the Online Retailer Awards - is driven by an ambition to set the global standard for digital spirits retail. We are looking for a professional who shares our obsession with perfecting the customer journey to lead our CRM plans.
The Role:
Reporting to the General Manager - Direct to Consumer, you will oversee the strategy and execution of our CRM ecosystem. This is a pivotal role within a high-growth business, where you will manage the digital touchpoints for our spirits, our gifting range, and our unique spirits experiences. You will be responsible for ensuring that whether a customer is booking a masterclass, purchasing a premium gift online or stopping by our flagship Cellar Door, their digital journey is seamless and impactful.
With an on-site photography studio, a creative content team, and dedicated graphic designers at your fingertips, you'll have an incredible suite of in-house resources. We have all the tools in place; we just need the right person to bring them together to deliver a world-class, cohesive customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership:
Architect and lead a comprehensive lifecycle strategy that supports our ambitious growth targets and fosters long-term brand loyalty.
* Journey Excellence:
We are dedicated to perfecting the customer journey. You will refine every digital touchpoint to ensure a premium experience that reflects our brand's reputation for quality and innovation.
* Commercial Ownership:
Manage CRM-driven revenue, utilising data and reporting to optimise performance across all email and SMS channels.
* Campaign Innovation:
Work closely with our world-class Creative and Marketing teams to bring spirits, collaborations, and unique experiences to life with precision.
* Operational Integrity:
Maintain a high standard of database hygiene and compliance, ensuring our CRM infrastructure scales effectively alongside the business.
What We Are Looking For:
* Proven Experience:
4+ years in CRM or Lifecycle marketing, ideally within a premium D2C environment or a high-growth agency.
* Platform Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Shopify is ideal, though we value expertise across any major CRM and eCommerce platforms.
* Analytical Rigor:
A strong ability to turn insights into action through A/B testing, segmentation, and performance reporting.
* Professionalism & Detail:
A meticulous approach to execution and a passion for delivering world-class customer experiences.
