The Role

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess the following:
* Educational Foundation: You have completed or are currently undertaking basic business management studies or a related qualification.
* Software Aptitude: Previous experience with Xero is highly preferable, though we are happy to train a tech-savvy individual who is a quick learner.
* Operational Skills: You have a natural knack for stock control, maintaining organized inventory, and coordinating with suppliers.
* Proactive Mindset: You are a "switched-on" individual who takes initiative and is comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.
* Detail Oriented: You take pride in accuracy, whether you are managing financial data entry or physical stock levels.
* Professionalism: You possess strong communication skills and a reliable, dedicated work ethic.
Salary & Benefits
* Base Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 + Super (Reflecting a trainee/entry-level management scale).
