Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will oversee the entire operations of our produce delivery business, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Operational oversight of produce delivery services
* Customer service and feedback management
* Produce procurement and wholesale account management
* Inventory control and logistics coordination
* Casual staff rostering and supervision
* Administrative duties including invoicing and reporting
* Quality assurance and compliance
A high level of physical fitness is required for this role, including the ability to lift and move heavy produce crates (up to 20 kg), climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
