Community Mental Health Specialist

As a member of the multidisciplinary team, you will have access to regular clinical supervision and support, as well as daily multi-disciplinary case review meetings.
Key responsibilities include assessment and treatment planning, provision of therapy and other interventions, and collaboration with healthcare professionals and support services.
* Assessment and treatment planning involve working closely with consumers, carers, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualised plans that meet their unique needs.
* Providing therapy and other interventions requires a strong understanding of evidence-based practices, including DBT, CBT-e, SSCM, and EMDR.
* Collaboration with healthcare professionals and support services is essential for providing seamless care and ensuring that consumers receive the best possible outcomes.
