Bonus - Winning new work can receive 15% of annual fees personally - Hybrid work arrangements - Diversity of work In this role, you'll: Manage a diverse portfolio of clients engaged in technical, scientific, or high-impact commercial projects Lead client engagements from early discussions and eligibility assessments to documentation and strategic advice Translate technical concepts into structured, accurate submissions and reports Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment Stay ahead of policy developments and contribute to internal capability and process improvement Play an active role in building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities Your Background We’re seeking someone who brings: Around 5 years of relevant experience in R&D advisory, innovation incentives, or a mix of technical/consulting work Qualifications in Engineering, Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Law, or a similar field Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical ideas in a business context Experience managing client relationships and balancing multiple deliverables A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset, someone who values both independence and teamwork Why Join?
