Therapeutic Practitioner - Vulnerable Children
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Practitioner to join our team in providing critical services to vulnerable children and their families. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans for children and their families
* Provide emotional support and guidance to help children process traumatic experiences
* Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for each child
* Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
Requirements:
* Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counselling, with eligibility for registration with AHPRA
* Experience working with vulnerable children and their families, preferably in a trauma-informed setting
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
