Salary: $41.63 per hour (includes 25% casual loading) plus allowances and statutory superannuation.

Responsibilities
As the Grounds & Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and ongoing maintenance of the Trail of Lights (TOL) and Fibre Optic Symphonic Orchestra (FOSO) installation sites and activation spaces. This includes maintaining plant and equipment, completing all scheduled general maintenance tasks, and supporting the repair and troubleshooting of fixtures as required.
What You Will Bring
* Basic experience in a variety of works including construction, building, renovations, general maintenance concreting
* Great communication skills
* Ability to manage time and follow direction to meet objectives under supervision
* Basic knowledge of OH&S policies and procedures relevant to the building and construction industry
* Current Driver's licence
* A current satisfactory police check and Working with Children's Check, or a willingness to obtain them
* Qualified in basic first aid or willing to obtain
Salary and Conditions
The position is classified within Band 3 of Council's Current Enterprise Agreement commencing at $41.62 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading) plus allowances and statutory superannuation.
