We are seeking Occupational Therapists of all experience levels who enjoy the flexibility of working in community and clinic settings.
Are you an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist ready to lead and inspire? We are expanding our Occupational Therapy team and welcome dynamic professionals eager to be part of a multidisciplinary team and make a difference. You will bring expertise, maturity, and strong organizational skills.
Successful candidates will support Paediatric NDIS participants in areas including Maitland, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Central Coast, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities include:
* Managing an allocated caseload and delivering therapeutic services
* Assessing developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical functions
* Formulating individualized treatment goals
* Providing evidence-based interventions to improve quality of life
* Mentoring early career clinicians
* Ensuring compliance with current legislation

To succeed, you should have:
o Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
o Excellent time management and organizational skills
o A proactive attitude and interest in continuous learning
o Experience in mentoring and supervising other OTs
o A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
