Substantial growth within our National Service & Tyre portfolio has paved the way for a passionate and highly motivated State Key Account Manager to further develop, manage and implement state-based initiatives contributing to increased "share of wallet" revenue.
This strategic role will be accountable for developing and implementing bespoke sales programs to expand market share by building relationships with Key National Customers to ensure Repco is their preferred source of supply.
About the role:
Communicate and implement the strategy set by the national key account managers for each of the Customer Groups.
Develop, build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Negotiate across all levels both within the business and customers to influence decisions, facilitate outcomes and achieve results
About you:
Demonstrated experience in devising, planning and driving major sales and marketing initiatives and sell ideas both internally and externally preferably within the automotive industry
Impeccable stakeholder management relationship skills
Comfortable operating in rapid paced environments with consideration for working to deadlines
A proven commercial focus and numerically literate with a solid business acumen
Self-starter with the drive and confidence to make decisions in line with the company business development programs
