Job Summary: Uncut Seafood Delicatessen is a seafood restaurant located in Bondi, NSW, offering fresh seafood dishes for customers. The restaurant is known for its quality ingredients, premium service and consistent food standards. We are seeking a full-time Cook to join our kitchen team and support food preparation and daily kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook seafood dishes in accordance with established recipes and quality standards Participate in food preparation for dine-in service Follow instructions from Chef and support kitchen operations during service Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently to meet quality expectations Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment in line with food safety standards Assist with stock control, including receiving deliveries and monitoring inventory levels Support efficient workflow and timely service What We're Looking For: Relevant culinary qualification or equivalent experience Minimum 1 year of relevant kitchen experience Knowledge of seafood preparation techniques and kitchen equipment Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn How to Apply: 11 Recruitment is here to help you take the next step in your career!
